Website redesigns & rebuilds

Keep the business. Replace the website that is holding it back.

Caleb Media Studio rebuilds outdated small-business websites without forcing the business to start over. Keep the domain and the parts that still work, then replace the confusing design, weak mobile experience, broken forms, or poor page structure.

What matters

A redesign should fix business problems, not just change colors.

If customers cannot understand the offer, use the site comfortably on a phone, find the right page, or contact the business easily, the redesign needs to solve those problems before worrying about visual polish.

01

Preserve what matters

The business name, domain, useful content, proven offers, and existing customer knowledge can stay while the website itself is rebuilt around a cleaner structure.

02

Fix the customer path

Navigation, service pages, calls to action, and forms are reorganized so visitors can move from landing on the site to contacting the business without unnecessary friction.

03

Rebuild for mobile

Layouts are designed for phones from the start instead of shrinking a desktop page and hoping every section still works.

04

Clean up the search structure

Canonical URLs, metadata, headings, internal links, and service-area language are reviewed so the new build gives search engines a cleaner picture of the business.

Local client work

M3K Vending

M3K needed a complete website that could explain its vending service clearly and turn interested businesses into real inquiries. The finished site included five core pages, a request-a-machine form, responsive mobile layouts, and a local SEO foundation.

Another local build

Uncrowned Vending

Uncrowned Vending already knew what information it needed from a location. We turned that into a concise website with a dedicated Request a Machine flow, built the existing form questions into the site, and organized submissions into a Google Sheet so the website fits the way the business already works.

“Caleb was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process of setting up my website. I had no idea where to begin or even what questions to ask, but he guided me through everything with ease. The finished website exceeded my expectations, it was everything I wanted and more! Caleb was also quick to respond to any follow-up questions I had. I highly recommend him!”

Why local matters

A rebuild can be simpler than trying to keep patching the old site.

Many small businesses already have a domain and some online history. That does not mean they need to keep an outdated layout or broken technical stack. A rebuild can preserve the business identity while replacing the parts customers actually experience.

Questions

Before you reach out.

Can I keep my existing domain during a redesign?

Yes. In most redesigns, the domain stays with the business. The new website is prepared and then connected to that domain when it is ready to launch.

Will I lose all of my existing website content?

Not necessarily. Useful content can be preserved, rewritten, reorganized, or removed based on what still helps customers and search visibility.

Can you fix forms and contact flows during the rebuild?

Yes. Contact, quote, booking, and other intake forms can be rebuilt around the information the business actually needs from a lead.

Can you maintain the rebuilt site afterward?

Yes. Ongoing maintenance and SEO can be scoped separately so the site can continue improving after the redesign goes live.

Have a website project?

Tell me what the business needs the website to do.

Send the current website if you have one, what you sell, where you serve, and the action you want customers to take. I’ll turn that into a practical scope and quote.
